• Terms and Conditions
  • Consultations are free of charge. This is to discuss your requirements and expectations and answer any questions you may have. The procedure will be explained in full and a general medical discussion to ensure you are suitable for the treatment.
  • A booking fee of £40 is required to secure a booking. This is redeemable against your first procedure. Appointments that are non-attended or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full £40 as a consultation fee.
  • Prices include a touch-up procedure; 4-8 weeks after the initial treatment.
  • Should you wish to transition an eyeliner enhancement to a different eyeliner treatment at top-up or colour boost, the cost difference between the chosen treatment will apply to your top-up or colour boost cost.
  • Any requests, 8 weeks after initial appointment will incur a colour boost charge.
  • An annual colour boost is recommend within 15 months of your first treatment.
  • A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date.
  • Only ONE discount offer can be redeemed against a treatment at any one time.
  • We accept debit cards, credit cards or cash payments.
  • We regret that minors (under 18) are not permitted to receive permanent cosmetic procedures. Evidence of a photographic ID card may be requested at time of booking.

Procedure Expectations

Consultation: Discuss your requirements and expectations and answer any questions you may have. The procedure will be explained in full and a general medical discussion to ensure you are suitable for the treatment. You’ll be sent home with a patch test to check for any allergic reaction.

Procedure: The treatment generally takes around 2 hours depending of the treatment you have chosen. We request that you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment.

Aftercare: The aftercare plan will be explained in detail and we will provide you with written instruction to take home. It is vital that you adhere to the aftercare instructions to ensure that you are not vulnerable to infection once you have left the environment of the clinic and to ensure the best results for your procedure.

Follow Up Procedure: For optimum results, clients are required to return for their retouch treatment between 6 – 8 weeks following their initial procedure.
